Ms.R. Ragasudha

Ms.R. Ragasudha, a young and vibrant musician, started her music tutelage at the tender age of 5. She then trained under Vidwan "Dasalakshmi," Dr. B. Umashankar, for 10 years. She is trained at an advanced level by Dr. Bhairavi Narayanan and Dr. N.S. Lekshmy. Currently, she is undergoing training at an advanced level in music from various professional musicians, and she has learned bhajans in proper Bhajan Sampradayam and is a Veena Player.

Along with a Diploma in Music (UICIC) and Masters in Music from the University of Madras, she also has an M.Phil. in music from Tamil University, she has completed her teacher training program in music, and she has completed her music therapy course for special needs children as a credit.

Ragasudha is passionate about learning and sharing the vast treasure of Carnatic music. She has been teaching for the past 12 years at various schools and institutes, which is testimony to her penchant for teaching and her devotion to Carnatic music. She started her career as a music therapist and taught music to autistic students.
