Mrs kalaiselvi started her teaching career at one small abacus teaching centre as a assistant tutor at 2011 and then she started her own franchise named Unik concept mental arithmetic skill in Chengalpattu at 2014 Which is named as Ganapathy academy, In her academy she not only tutoring the abacus rather than she providing enough knowledge to their students such as Hindi, Thirukural, Rubik cubics, chess and some various skills! She is pedagogy in teaching and her way of teaching is too strategical and life meaningful to all their kids. She won 4 times overall championship in Olympiad! Her way of encouraging their students providing a unique results all the time, it's because of she had lots of positive peoples on her side. So every student who has had the privilege of learning from her can attest to her exceptional teaching abilities.
