She is the daughter of Ranganath Hombal and Renuka Hombal and was born on 25th November. She is from Shahabad, Yadgir District, Karnataka. She is currently working at Boeing India Pvt Ltd. Banglore as a Mechanical System Engineer. She has been learning Bharatanatyam under the expert guidance of Natya Vidushi Dr.Brasil Leons for the past few years now. She is very enthusiastic and keen on exploring the various aspects of this art form.
