Born on 22 August 1973, Dr. Robert Kumar has built an impressive academic journey, completing multiple degrees including M.A., M.Phil., MBA, BLIS, MLIS, B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Sc. (Psychology), and Ph.D. He has also successfully qualified prestigious examinations such as UGC-NET (Library Science & Education), CTET, KTET, and Tamil Nadu Government competitive examinations, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and excellence.

With vast experience in both Matriculation and CBSE institutions, Dr. Robert Kumar has served in several leadership positions, including Vice Principal and Principal in reputed senior secondary schools. His expertise spans across Social Science, Political Science, History, Geography, academic coordination, examination administration, and educational leadership. Presently, he continues his service as a school principal, inspiring students and educators alike through visionary leadership and commitment to quality education.

Beyond academics, Dr. Robert Kumar is a passionate social activist and motivational speaker, actively contributing to literacy development, youth empowerment, anti-drug awareness, educational counseling, and community welfare. He has participated as a resource person in more than 1,000 educational and social events and delivered motivational speeches in over 600 public gatherings organized by schools, colleges, churches, clubs, and social organizations.

A prolific writer and editor, Dr. Robert Kumar has authored and published numerous articles, poems, and research papers, while also editing more than 25 books and magazines in various academic and social fields.
