Dr. Chandana Gudiganti, a Dental Postgraduate at M.S. Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital, born on December 17, 1999, in Bellary, Karnataka, India, for creating a World Record by successfully achieved the title of “Comprehensive Diagnosis, Treatment and Documentation of the Highest Number of Special and Complex Cases in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics”.This remarkable achievement has been  officially recognised and recorded by the Raaba Book of World Records on September 28, 2026.
